Econia will be on Kickstarter in February!
By the first of the month we mean to have everything ready for the campaign, a kickstarter page, promotional video, etc., and will then work with you, our awesome friends, to refine everything until it’s ready to present to the world. Then, when they least expect it*, bam!
The last couple months have not been terribly productive for Econia. Coming to the states for the holidays and some freelance work for Standpoint (a cool Portal-like game based around shifting gravity and the five stages of grief) have been mostly time consuming.
But, we have started working with some artists, and have uploaded a new build. Not a lot of change since the previous version, but now after democracy arrives you can hire advertisers to help convince people to vote against reform. Also added some cheats: press “p” or “o” to speed up time or slow it down, and space bar to magically get some extra food.
So, thank you everyone for your support and look forward to Econia kicking butt in 2015!
*Note, if the world is really not expecting it, then our marketing guy is apparently not doing a great job…
