In the wake of Econia I wanted to quickly put out another political game. This is the result. Unfortunately the gameplay feels very similar to Flow Free (which you can play here) , but is not even as interesting. But, give it a play and let me know what you think.

Stay the Course
Sometimes when I’m fighting off Chitauri soldiers with my bow and arrow, and then Iron Man flies by and takes out a whole battalion without breaking a sweat, I think, maybe I should go relax, have some tea, let the A-list handle the aliens. After all, what can I do that Hulk or Thor aren’t […]
Zephyr v2
There’s a new version of the Zephyr game. Be a pal and give it a play, let me know what you think! Since the last version I’ve added more levels, more juice, and few new mechanics. There are also a lot of under-the-hood updates like saving your progress as you go, and recording how many times each […]
A Leaf on the Wind
Just a little preview for the true believers… We’re also filming the Econia Kickstarter video this week. Hope everyone is having a great year so far!
Iterate, iterate, iterate
Iterate, iterate, iterate. Here is a Super Meat Boy replay that composites the player’s 100 attempts to get through the level, all of them dying somewhere along the way except the final attempt when he got it right. If anything, games have taught us to keep playing, keep trying, keep learning, and eventually we’ll get it.
Prototype III
Another face-rocking prototype is ready for your consideration, my submission to the ChangeTheGameJam 2014. Click the image up there to play. This prototype takes things in a completely different direction. While the previous two focused on the growth of society and borrowed mechanics from Cookie Clicker, this one borrows mechanics from Pac-Man and is all […]
Prototypes
Two prototypes in two weeks. Mission accomplished. Let me know what you think! Prototype U – – & – – Prototype P I’ve put these prototypes together to get a feel for the game before jumping into development, to weigh if this is worth doing. A wiser man would have done this before resigning from his job, but here we […]
Indie Quilt
Somehow amid the chaos of modern life I found time to finish my #IndieQuilt game jam entry. For those that don’t know, the aim of the jam is for everyone to create games playable within 30 seconds. Then they will be stitched together to create something like Warioware and sold for charity. Personally, it was […]
Indie3 Jam
Excelsior! This week was Indie3, which was super cool. Fortunately the planets of inspiration and opportunity aligned for me to join the game jam, so I did! I tried to make a game that embodied indie3 itself, about giving a voice to some of the developers that don’t have the opportunity to put on, or […]
First Game Post
Finally got my latest game to a point where it’s no longer embarrassing! Which means I can finally post a game on this devblog. There’s still some work to do of course. Hopefully my friend will get me the character sprite soon, so I can get Link out of there. But his baby was born […]
